The agreement

M IN is provided by Rentuku Technologies LLC, a Connecticut (United States) limited liability company ("M IN", "we", "us"), at 39 Martin St, Hartford, CT 06120, United States. By creating an account or using the app or the websites sayim.in and min.sayim.in, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our community guidelines, which together form the user agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use M IN.

Who can use M IN

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract. M IN is built for people in India; if you use it from elsewhere, you're responsible for making sure that's lawful where you are.

Your account

• One account per person, in your own name, with your own photos. Verification confirms this, and we may ask you to verify again.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has got in, change your password and tell us straight away.
• You can't sell, transfer or share your account.

Rules

The community guidelines set out what's not allowed, including the categories of content prohibited under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. In short: be real, meet in public, respect a no, and don't harass, deceive, spam, sell, or ask for money or OTPs in chats. Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app, our systems or other people's accounts.

Plans and meeting up

• M IN is a platform that lets people find each other. Hosts and members are individuals. We don't organise, supervise or take part in plans, and we're not a party to any meetup or to any arrangement between users.
• We verify accounts and moderate photos, but we can't guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or conduct. Use your judgement, read the safety centre, and meet in public.
• A host may decline any request, and anyone may leave a plan at any time. Don't host plans you won't attend.
• Any costs of a plan (tickets, a table, a ground booking) are between the people in it. M IN doesn't process payments.

Your content

• What you post stays yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display and moderate your content solely to operate, secure and improve the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons.
• Your messages are end-to-end encrypted. We can't read them and claim no licence over their contents.
• You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove content or plans that break these terms, and may hold photos for review before they're shown.
• The M IN app, name, mark and design belong to Rentuku Technologies LLC. Please don't copy them.

Termination

• You can end this agreement any time by deleting your account in the app: You → Account → Delete account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms or the guidelines, if we must for legal reasons, or if your account puts others at risk. For serious cases we'll do this without notice. Repeat violators lose access permanently. If you think we've got it wrong, write to the Grievance Officer below.
• We may change or discontinue parts of M IN. If we shut the service down entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Liability

We work hard to keep M IN running, secure and safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it'll always be available or error-free, or make promises about other users. To the extent permitted by law, Rentuku Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from any plan or meeting arranged through M IN or from the conduct of other users. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the greater of the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (currently nothing, as M IN is free) and INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app at least 15 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use M IN after that means you accept it. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you're in India, any dispute between you and Rentuku Technologies LLC is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. Before going to court, please write to the Grievance Officer; most disputes are sorted out that way. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
