- Irani chai at Nimrah. Early on a Sunday, before the Charminar crowd, with Osmania biscuits and a slow walk after.
- A walk on Necklace Road. An evening loop by Hussain Sagar when the breeze picks up. Two or three people, no agenda.
- Box cricket in Gachibowli. Someone has booked a slot after work and is two players short. These fill quickest when the time is exact.
- KBR Park at 6:30 am. A morning walk at a pace where you can still talk. Good for people new to Jubilee Hills or Banjara Hills.
- A film at Prasads. The new release on the big screen, with people who'd actually rather watch it than their phones.
None of these need a group of forty. Four people at a table talk. That's why spots are limited on purpose.
Honest note: we're just getting started in Hyderabad. Some days there'll be plenty on near you. Some days, only a couple of plans. If there's nothing you like, post the plan you wish existed. That's how every city on M IN starts.
How to start a plan in Hyderabad
- Pick somewhere near you. Hitec City to the Old City can be an hour on a bad evening. Plans close to where people live and work fill faster than plans across town.
- Give it a plain name with a time. "Necklace Road walk, 6 pm, from the Eat Street side" beats "evening walk?".
- Choose a public spot people can find. A park gate, a cafe, a metro station exit. Drop a pin on the exact place.
- Set the spots. Three to six is the sweet spot for most plans. Cricket needs more; chai needs fewer.
- Say yes to people. You'll see each person's name, photo and verified tick before you decide.

Before you go
Meet in public, get there and back on your own, and tell a friend where you're off to. If something feels wrong, leave, and report the person from their profile.
